We are hiring an experienced General Manager to lead operations, manage budgets, and drive strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency across departments
Develop and implement business strategies, manage budgets, and set performance goals
Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve company objectives
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred
1+ years of experience in management, with a proven record of effective leadership
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
