Job Description:
We are looking for a courteous and professional Hotel Porter to join our team in Dubai. As a Hotel Porter, you will assist guests with luggage, provide information, and ensure a pleasant stay experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms.
Assist with valet parking and retrieving guest vehicles.
Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and entrance areas.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for long periods.
Professional appearance and a friendly, helpful attitude.
