Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions and support a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and supporting conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies.
Supervise HR team members and provide guidance on HR best practices.
Support performance management, including performance appraisals and improvement plans.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare HR reports for senior management and suggest improvements to HR processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
Deep knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a high degree of confidentiality.
