Job Title: Inventory Assistant
Department: Warehouse / Supply Chain
Reports to: Inventory Controller / Warehouse Supervisor

Role Purpose:

To support the warehouse and inventory team by maintaining accurate stock records, assisting in inventory checks, and ensuring smooth storage and movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and update daily stock movements in the system.

Assist in conducting physical stock counts and cycle counts.

Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of materials.

Support in receiving and issuing materials against authorized documents.

Verify stock discrepancies and report to supervisors.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.

Prepare basic inventory reports for management.

Follow company policies, health, and safety standards.
