Inventory Assistant Wanted

Position: Inventory Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments of inventory.
Organize and maintain the inventory storage area to ensure easy access and accurate stock levels.
Conduct regular inventory counts and update records to ensure accuracy.
Monitor stock levels and notify management of low inventory or overstock situations.
Assist in restocking shelves and organizing displays on the sales floor.
Ensure products are labeled correctly and priced accurately.
Handle inventory discrepancies by investigating and resolving issues.
Assist with inventory audits and help prepare reports on stock levels and inventory performance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the inventory area and on the sales floor.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of inventory from receiving to sales.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in inventory management or retail is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic math skills and the ability to use inventory software and systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy boxes, stand for long periods, and perform tasks that require bending and reaching.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
