IT Support Specialist Wanted

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, or in-person.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks.
Monitor and manage IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
Document and track issues, resolutions, and service requests.
Assist in the setup and support of new users, including hardware and software installation.
Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and applications.
Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
Collaborate with IT team members on projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an IT support specialist or in a similar role.
Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with network and system administration.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
