Description

We are looking for an Junior Accountant, whi will assists in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, bank reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role supports the finance team in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions in accounting software or ledgers.

Prepare and process supplier invoices, receipts, and payments.

Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

Assist in preparing monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash reports.

Support payroll preparation and expense tracking.

Verify accuracy of journal entries and supporting documents.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Coordinate with suppliers and clients on billing or payment issues
