We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting department with day-to-day financial transactions while also ensuring the accuracy and timely entry of data into our systems. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily accounting tasks, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts
Enter financial data into accounting software accurately and efficiently
Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and general ledger accounts
Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
Review data for discrepancies and resolve any inconsistencies
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information
Support the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as a Junior Accountant or in a similar role
Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
