Description

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate MEP installation activities on construction sites.
Manage a team of technicians, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) technicians.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
Review MEP drawings and plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility of installations.
Monitor progress and performance of MEP subcontractors and resolve any issues that may arise.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards.
Coordinate with other project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
Manage material procurement and inventory for MEP components and equipment.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
Prepare progress reports and documentation for project updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, equipment, and installation methods.
Familiarity with MEP codes, standards, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management software.
