We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a critical role in coordinating between different trades, managing construction workers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Site Management: Oversee daily activities on the construction site, ensuring work is carried out according to plans and specifications. Manage site operations, including scheduling and coordination of tasks.
Team Supervision: Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
Quality Control: Monitor work quality to ensure that it meets the project’s standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols on site. Conduct safety meetings, ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and address any safety concerns or hazards.
Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure that construction activities proceed smoothly and efficiently.
Coordination and Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Address any issues or changes to project plans in a timely manner.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, daily logs, and incident reports. Prepare and submit reports as required.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on site. Make decisions to address problems and keep the project on track.
Inspection and Compliance: Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Coordinate with inspectors and regulatory agencies as needed.
