Office Secretary Job Opportunity in United Arab Emirates.
Wanted a smart and professional admin in charge and accounts assistant who can handle given responsibilities efficiently.
1. Must be able to handle our front office with poise. Greeting customers/visitors/suppliers with confidence. Directing the guest to the right department.
2. Attending phone calls as per company standards, speaking with confidence and clarity, connecting to right departments, handling phone calls and detailing carefully. Hindi and English fluency preferred.
3. Must be skilled in basic computer – word, excel, email. Typing letters, company documents, preparing quotations, emailing our customers and renters.
4. Basic accounting experience is a plus. Training can be given on our accounting software which is quite simple to use. Job card entry, purchase order preparation, invoice, receipts, etc.
5. Graphic designing experience also a MUST. Any experience in photography, brochure making, flyers, social media, ONLINE SELLING/ MARKETING , Photoshop, designing attractive posts on our social media handles, etc.
