Position Required: Quantity Surveyor

Well versed knowledge in preparing Pre-Tender as well Post Tender documentation for Industrial Buildings, Low to Medium Rise Buildings

Experience: Minimum 3+ Years of UAE experience only can apply

Requirements:

Very Well Knowledge of Costing & Estimation for Industrial & Low to Medium Rise Buildings
Ability to take Quantity Take Off, Preparing Tender Documentation
Ability to provide break up with Material, Labor rates in detail
Preparing Technical & Commercial Submittals for Tender Requests
Preparation of Variation Claims, Extension of Time etc.,
Preparation of Post Contract Interim Invoices as per Site Execution
Minimum Knowledge in FIDIC contracts
Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil) / Quantity Surveying;
Knowledge in Autocad/Primavera, MS Office
