Position: Hotel Receptionist
Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
Handle guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and manage bookings.
Assist guests with special requests and ensure their stay is comfortable.
Process payments and manage the cash register, ensuring accurate billing.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks and support other hotel departments as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management or related fields are a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
