We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, supervise staff, maintain high customer satisfaction, and support the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff during daily operations.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any guest complaints promptly.
Monitor food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.
Train new team members and ensure ongoing development of the service staff.
Maintain staff schedules, manage attendance, and support shift planning.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
Manage opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reporting.
Enforce health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Assist with inventory management and placing supply orders as needed.
Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and performance targets.
