We are looking for a motivated and friendly Retail Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products, and help drive sales in the store.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide assistance

Explain product features and benefits

Help customers find products and make purchases

Maintain clean and organized shelves and displays

Process transactions and handle cash/card payments

Meet daily or monthly sales targets

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and customer-focused

Previous retail sales experience is a plus

Basic computer or POS knowledge preferred

Team player with a willingness to learn
