Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, preparing reports, and ensuring the seamless execution of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks and coordination.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and contracts.
Communicate with clients to schedule meetings, respond to inquiries, and follow up on orders.
Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales reports.
Coordinate internally with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Track sales targets, prepare regular performance reports, and provide analytical support.
Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
