Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the full financial operations of our home rental company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in accounting, VAT, revenue reconciliation, and property/holiday homes finances.

Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting operations and financial reporting

Prepare monthly owner statements & payouts

Reconcile revenue from Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.

Manage accounts receivable & payable

Reconcile bank accounts and payment gateways

Prepare VAT returns and ensure FTA compliance

Oversee invoicing, payments, and petty cash

Review and supervise junior accounting tasks

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis reports

Maintain accurate and timely financial records
