We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our retail store. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store functioning, manage staff, monitor sales performance, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead store staff to ensure efficient operations.

Monitor sales performance and work to achieve targets.

Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Prepare daily sales reports and manage cash handling.

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

Coordinate with management for stock replenishment and promotions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar retail position.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Good knowledge of sales and customer service practices.

Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.

Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
