OUR company is seeking a responsible and attentive Swimming Pool Attendant to join our team. As a Swimming Pool Attendant, you will ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests using the pool facilities, maintain a clean and inviting environment, and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the swimming pool area to ensure the safety of all guests.
Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
Assist swimmers in need and provide first aid if necessary.
Maintain the cleanliness of the pool area, including pool decks, lounges, and restrooms.
Check and adjust pool chemical levels to ensure a safe swimming environment.
Set up and store pool equipment, such as lounge chairs and umbrellas.
Greet guests, provide information, and assist with any inquiries or concerns.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.

Requirements:

Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety practices.
Previous experience as a pool attendant or lifeguard is a plus.
Certification in CPR, First Aid, and lifeguarding (preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, cleaning, and standing for extended periods.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
