Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team in Dubai. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, building customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services
Answer incoming calls from potential customers
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM systems
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals
Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries professionally to build strong relationships
Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall business goals
Provide feedback on customer responses to improve product offerings and sales strategies
Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or customer service, preferably in UAE
Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and team spirit
Working Conditions:
Location: Dubai, UAE
Working Hours: 9 am – 6 pm, Sunday to Thursday (may include Saturdays if required)
Reporting To: Sales Manager
