We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales. A confident, persuasive communicator with a customer-focused attitude will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
Explain products or services in a clear and persuasive manner
Generate sales and meet or exceed daily and monthly targets
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Record customer information and update the CRM system accurately
Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing customers
Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals
Achieve call and conversion targets as assigned by the supervisor
Work as part of a team to contribute to overall sales success

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
