We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, presenting our products/services, and closing sales.

 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments

Follow up on leads and customer inquiries

Maintain a record of calls, sales, and customer feedback

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Handle objections professionally and convert prospects into clients

Provide excellent customer service at all stages of the sales process

 Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Basic computer skills (CRM knowledge is a plus)

Fluent in [Language(s)]
