Position: Waiter/Waitress
Location: Jumeirah, Dubai
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer any questions regarding food and beverages.
Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience and address any issues or requests.
Clear tables, clean and reset them for the next service.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or daily service.
Handle guest payments and process transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of international cuisines and beverages is a plus.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
