Position: Waiter/Waitress

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, presenting menus and offering beverage options.
Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the restaurant’s POS system.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
Answer questions about the menu, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
Upsell additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or drinks, to enhance the guest experience.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.
Process payments and provide guests with their bills in an efficient and friendly manner.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even during busy times.
Assist with cleaning and closing duties at the end of shifts.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace.
Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.
Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues.
