Warehouse Assistant Wanted

Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (if certified).
Ensure all products are labeled and stored correctly to prevent damage or loss.
Assist in the documentation and recording of inventory movements.
Comply with all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
Ability to lift and move heavy items, up to [specified weight].
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
