Description

We are looking for an Warehouse Manager, who oversees all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and timely dispatch of goods. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills to maintain accuracy and productivity while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily warehouse activities to meet operational targets.

Implement inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock records.

Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including coordination with suppliers and transporters.

Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and audits.

Maintain documentation for inventory movement and warehouse reports.

Manage warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and safety.
