Description

We are looking for an Warehouse Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory control, staff supervision, logistics coordination, and ensuring efficient storage and distribution of goods. The role focuses on maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity while optimizing warehouse performance and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Supervise warehouse staff, including storekeepers, assistants, and drivers.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

Monitor and improve warehouse workflow, space utilization, and operational procedures.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams for timely deliveries and stock replenishment.

Analyze data to manage performance, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Implement warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP tools for accurate tracking.

Prepare periodic reports on stock movement, damages, and operational performance.

Train and motivate warehouse staff to maintain a high level of performance.
