We are looking for an experienced and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain smooth and efficient workflow within the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.

Monitor receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Ensure proper inventory control and accuracy of stock records.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse.

Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse employees.

Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales departments.

Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and safety regulations.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems preferred).

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
