Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests, clients, and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department
Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Handle inquiries and provide information about the company, services, or facilities
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including registration and payment procedures
Coordinate reservations, appointments, and meeting room bookings as needed
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate recipients
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or customer service representative preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer skills
Ability to handle multiple phone lines and busy reception areas
Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
