Responsibilities:
Greet arriving and departing guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Assist guests with their luggage, transporting it to and from their rooms.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain the room’s features and amenities.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special preferences promptly and courteously.
Assist with valet parking services, if applicable.
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the lobby and entrance area.
Coordinate with the front desk and concierge to ensure guests’ needs are met.
Monitor and respond to guest feedback and requests through various communication channels.
Arrange transportation for guests as needed.
Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations and providing directions.
Handle any special requests or situations, including emergencies, with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a courteous demeanor.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and transport luggage.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of local attractions is a plus.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
