Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, sinks, and toilets.
Restock guest room supplies and amenities.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in a hygienic manner.
Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms.
Report lost and found items to the supervisor.
Maintain a stock of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need replenishing.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely room turnover.
Uphold the hotel’s policies and procedures to provide a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
