Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate production activities and staff to meet production goals.
Train and mentor production workers to ensure high-quality output.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
