Description

Job Responsibilities:

Safely operate a school bus, following prescribed routes and schedules.
Ensure the safety of students during boarding, travel, and disembarking.
Adhere to traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
Maintain order and discipline among students on the bus.
Assist students with disabilities, if necessary.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Address any issues or emergencies promptly and responsibly.
Qualifications:

Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with school bus endorsement.
Clean driving record and no history of DUI or serious traffic violations.
Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to safety and responsibility.
Patience and the ability to work with children.
