Job Description:
Join our team as a Document Controller and play a crucial role in ensuring the organization, management, and integrity of important company documents. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for establishing efficient document management systems and maintaining accurate records of all company files and records. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement document management systems and procedures to ensure the proper organization and storage of company documents.
Receive, verify, and record all incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring they adhere to the company’s document management standards.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all company files and documents, both in physical and electronic formats.
Classify, label, and store documents in accordance with the established filing system, making them easily accessible to authorized personnel.
Coordinate with various departments to collect, review, and distribute documents as necessary, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the most recent and relevant information.
Monitor and track document changes, revisions, and updates, maintaining a comprehensive version control system.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document management procedures and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management, or a related field.
Previous experience in document control or records management, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
