Job Description:

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and accurately operating a forklift to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise or materials. Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move materials and products within the warehouse or production area.
Load and unload goods from trucks, pallets, and other storage areas, ensuring proper handling and secure placement.
Inspect and maintain the forklift equipment, performing routine pre- and post-operation checks to ensure its safe and proper functioning.
Stack and store merchandise or materials in designated areas, following inventory control guidelines and organizational standards.
Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and efficient warehouse operations.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating the forklift, including wearing appropriate safety gear and following established safety procedures.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse or storage area, including performing general housekeeping duties.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid forklift operator certification or license.
Previous experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or industrial setting.
Solid understanding of forklift operation and maintenance procedures.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects and materials as required.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
