As a Housekeeping Staff member, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, common areas, and other designated areas of the hotel/resort. Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decor, ensuring a neat and presentable environment for guests.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and surfaces, using appropriate cleaning agents.
Empty trash containers and replace liners, disposing of waste in a sanitary and efficient manner.
Replenish guest room supplies, such as towels, toiletries, and refreshments, as needed.
Maintain a thorough inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the management team of any supply needs.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to report any maintenance or repair needs in guest rooms or common areas.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures, including the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the needs of the hotel/resort.
