Job Description:
Join our team as a Junior Accountant and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records and facilitating the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. As a Junior Accountant, you will work closely with the senior accounting team to handle tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial data entry. If you have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a detail-oriented approach to your work, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and client billing activities.
Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements, accounts, and ledgers to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Support the senior accounting team in preparing for audits, tax filings, and other financial assessments as required.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation, organizing files, and ensuring data confidentiality.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support for various business initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA) or ongoing pursuit of such certification is a plus.
Previous experience in an accounting role or internship, demonstrating knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
