As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our premises. Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on machinery, equipment, or systems to address any malfunctions or issues in a timely and effective manner.
Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly, ensuring that all maintenance activities are documented and reported accurately.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize equipment downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety regulations and protocols, and proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards.
Collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments to support facility improvement projects and ensure the overall functionality of the premises.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a technical or vocational training program in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in facility maintenance or a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and provide quality service.
