Job Description:
Join our team as a Bellhop/Porter and assist guests in making their stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. As a Bellhop/Porter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting with luggage, providing information, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience for guests. If you have a friendly and helpful attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic hospitality environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and escort them to their rooms, providing information about hotel services and amenities along the way.
Provide assistance to guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring that all procedures are handled promptly and accurately.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, offering solutions and ensuring that any issues or concerns are addressed to their satisfaction.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and entrance area, and assist in maintaining the overall appearance of the hotel premises.
Coordinate with the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
Offer courteous and professional assistance to guests, including providing information about local attractions, transportation options, and dining recommendations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and transport heavy luggage or items as needed.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A positive and friendly demeanor, with the willingness to go the extra mile to meet guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
