Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional service and support to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience during their stay. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the hotel, providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including handling reservations, payments, and room assignments.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving any issues or concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
Provide guidance and recommendations to guests regarding dining options, entertainment, and local attractions, enhancing their overall experience.
Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel policies, procedures, and offerings to effectively communicate information to guests.
Handle and process guest requests for additional services, such as room service, transportation, or housekeeping, coordinating with the appropriate departments as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring that it reflects the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience, contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
Proficiency in using reservation and hotel management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
