Job Title: Construction Foreman

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Foreman to lead our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Foreman will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate construction activities according to project plans and specifications
Provide leadership and direction to construction teams
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulations
Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule tasks
Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met
Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and suppliers
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues
Resolve conflicts and problems that may arise during construction
Maintain accurate records of construction activities and materials

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
Familiarity with construction software and project management tools
OSHA certification is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in construction management is preferred
