Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our IT team as an IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our internal users.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware and software-related issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
Assist with user account management and access permissions
Conduct training sessions to enhance user knowledge and skills
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT infrastructure
Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner
Maintain accurate documentation of IT-related procedures and solutions
Stay informed about the latest technology trends and updates

Requirements:
Previous experience in IT support or a related role is preferred
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Detail-oriented and committed to providing excellent customer service
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
