Key Responsibilities:

Debt Collection: Contacting debtors to secure payment for outstanding debts.
Negotiation: Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and ethical collection practices.
Communication: Communicate effectively with debtors to resolve outstanding issues.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on collection activities and results.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Collection Agent or similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
