Job Title: Barista

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages.
Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations.
Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders.
Steam milk, create foam, and pour latte art as needed.
Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee beverages.
Handle cash transactions and provide change to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized coffee preparation area.
Stock and replenish coffee supplies and ingredients.
Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
Collaborate with other staff for efficient cafe operations.
Follow health and safety guidelines.
Uphold a positive and customer-friendly atmosphere.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a barista is preferred.
Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques.
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
