Responsibilities
Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the best price and terms.
Determine the needs and financial capabilities of the clients in order to propose solutions that are appropriate for them.
Intervene in negotiation processes, advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related issues, and ensure fair and honest dealing.

Requirements
Working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson is required.
Proven track record of successful sales
The ability to work independently, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, is required
Excellent sales, negotiation, and great communication
MS Office familiarity
Both pleasant and trustworthy
