Requirements:
Lead the HR team and manage all aspects of the HR function, including staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Drive talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and lead the full-cycle recruitment process.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and promote a positive workplace culture.
Provide guidance and support to employees and management on performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization’s growth and success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of progressive HR experience(preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
