Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
Respond to IT support tickets and service requests in a timely manner
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
Conduct regular system updates and perform routine maintenance tasks
Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software
Educate end-users on IT policies and best practices

Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Windows 10) are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
