Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in food preparation
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste
Assist in the development of new menu items and specials
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a passion for food quality
Team player with good communication skills
Culinary school education is a plus
Food Handler’s Certificate required
