Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards
Manage and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support
Schedule and assign tasks to meet production goals and deadlines
Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and downtime
Implement and enforce safety and quality control measures
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operational effectiveness
Evaluate and optimize production processes for continuous improvement

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred
