Responsibilities:

Carpentry Work:

Execute a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and custom woodwork.
Measure and cut materials with precision to ensure a perfect fit.
Install doors, windows, and other wooden fixtures.
Repair or replace damaged woodwork.
Blueprint Interpretation:

Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and project specifications.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate implementation of design plans.
Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to create a secure working environment.
Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Tool Maintenance:

Maintain and organize carpentry tools and equipment.
Report any faulty tools or equipment to the supervisor.
Quality Assurance:

Ensure the quality and integrity of the carpentry work, meeting or exceeding industry standards.
Conduct inspections and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a minimum of 1-2 years in the field.
Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods.
Excellent attention to detail and precision.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
